We are pleased to offer a new virtual patient consultation option. Please take a series of five photographs using the guidelines below, and submit them to our office using the form. Dr. Beckwith will review the pictures and your information. Then, either he or our Treament Coordinator will follow up with you within 1-2 business days to preliminarily discuss your orthodontic concerns and anticipated treatment options.
How it Works:
1. Ask someone to help you replicate the photos below using a digital camera or smartphone.
2. Submit all five of your photos using the form below.
3. Dr. Beckwith will review the photos and we will follow up with you for a virtual consultation.
How to Photograph Your Smile
Photos should be taken while in a seated position, in a room with good lighting. For best results, have someone else take the photos as they can be difficult to take on your own.
