Dr. Beckwith knows from personal experience that orthodontic treatment is an investment that can last a lifetime! Improving your smile can improve not only the health of your teeth and gums, but it can also have lasting positive effects on self image and confidence.
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high quality treatment with payment options that suit your budget! Please ask us about our zero-interest financing option, credit card payments and bank drafts. We also offer discounts for multiple family members and for those who choose to pay in full at the start of treatment. We will thoroughly explain your options so that you can choose the best payment option to accommodate your needs.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary greatly from company to company and policy to policy. We will review your insurance to determine your specific benefits and how they may apply to your orthodontic treatment. Once treatment has started, in most cases, we are able to file your insurance claims and accept assignment of benefits directly from your insurance company.
If you are able to provide your insurance information to us beforehand, we will verify and calculate your insurance benefits prior to your initial visit.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete all of the insurance questions on our health history form.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If during the course of treatment your benefits change, please notify our insurance coordinator so that there is no interruption in the submission of your insurance claims. Occasionally during orthodontic treatment, insurance companies will request verification of information from the insured party. If you receive such a request, it is important that you supply the requested information to the insurance company to continue to receive your benefits. Our goal is to be as accurate as possible in the estimation of your insurance benefits; however, the financially responsible party is ultimately accountable for all charges and any unpaid balance.
