Lisa B. – Financial/Insurance Coordinator
Lisa has managed our front office since 2003 after having worked for a long time as office manager in a periodontal office. She enjoys meeting and working with all kinds of people and personalities. She spends most of her spare time watching her son play baseball, basketball and football.
Penny D. – Treatment Coordinator
Penny has worked in the orthodontic field since 1986 as an orthodontic technician, insurance coordinator, scheduling and financial coordinator and now as a treatment coordinator. Penny enjoys being able to help patients and parents understand their treatment plan and utilize insurance benefits. The most enjoyable part for her is seeing how happy the patients and parents are with the final orthodontic result.
Vonda W. – Orthodontic Technician/Treatment Coordinator/Clinic Coordinator
Vonda wears a number of hats at the office. In addition to the above, Vonda does most of our lab work. She has been in the field of orthodontics since shortly after she graduated from high school, a few years back! . She likes working with the patients and watching their self-esteem grow as their smiles change. In her spare time, she likes hiking, biking, 4-wheeling and riding her Harley.
Shan D. – Orthodontic Technician/Professional Relations Coordinator
Shan has worked with us since 2000 and came to our office with six years of prior orthodontic experience. She has worked as an orthodontic technician, receptionist, professional relations coordinator and lab technician. Shan enjoys watching the patients grow up and become more confident through treatment. In her spare time, Shan loves to garden, read and quilt.
Tammy C. – Orthodontic Technician/part-time Receptionist
Tammy joined our team in 2001 after having worked in the dental field since she was a teenager. She has been certified as a dental assistant and orthodontic assistant and has also worked as an administrative assistant. Seeing the change that takes place in each patient from the beginning to the end result is her favorite part of orthodontics. Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, camping and golfing.
Laurie – Orthodontic Technician
Laurie joined our team near the end of high school in 2003. She has been the sterilization technician, records technician and now an orthodontic technician. Getting to know our patients and watching their transformation throughout treatment is her favorite part of working in this field. In her spare time, Laurie likes hiking, camping and shopping.
Hollie – Orthodontic Technician
Hollie joined our team in 2004. She came to us as a highly qualified orthodontic technician with 10 years of experience, including working in an office in Honolulu, Hawaii. As patients go through treatment, Hollie’s favorite thing is observing the transformation that takes place from beginning to end. Hollie enjoys hiking, running and taking part in anything outdoors.
Wendy – Orthodontic Technician/part-time Receptionist
Wendy joined our office team in 2007. She has held the positions of dental assistant (at a previous office), sterilization and records technician, and now orthodontic technician and part-time receptionist. She enjoys working with children, observing the different personalities each patient has and loves those beautiful smiles. Sewing, woodworking and being outdoors are her hobbies, but spending time with her kids is her favorite.
